Dear ALL.

I would like to inquire about submission of Canadian immigration application.

My qualification MBBS, age 33, work experience more than 5 years.

IELTS Score : S 7, R 6, W 7, L 6.5.

My spouse has completed one year diploma in I.T, and has also passed BA part 1 in Aug 2011 as a regular candidate , BA part 2 examination form has submitted. Exam will be conducting Dec 2011.

My query is am i eligible to submit my case now, or should I wait ?

if your points are 67 or more even without your wife's BA degree (because there are points for partners education level) then you can apply any time

regards,

You should go for filing the application, I am sure your spouse must have completed full time 12 years study or more?
If yes then you should get 3 points for it.
and if you apply sooner the better.
Regards,
and good luck.

Guys! Just called the bank and our credit card was charged yesterday by Canada Immigration.
Our NOC is 1122 and application received on July 7th and by Gods grace CC charged on August 12th.

see:) CONGRatulations SMgrace:) weee... hoping i get a positive respoense as well:)

I have a Question :

We have so many members in the forum and many have sent their applications on/before July 8th. While some have had their CC's debited, others who have also asked for payment via CC have not had their CC's debited.

Why?

Most of the applicants seem to be confident that they have sent their documentation in full.

Are some of the applications not accepted or rejected outright?
Why are other applications received between 4th July and 8th July - with CC payment - not charged as others?

Can someone please advise?
