Hi steelz bro,

But my point of view is that...according to past years experience they count application after its opened n checked for complete documents n then counted to CAP n forwarded to next department for counting points. So I have view that when they are gonna open your application it must not be expired so my suggestion is that go for ielts n try to improve your score as well. Rest your choice. Dont' take chance bro.

Hey all.. A good news from my side. Just now got a call from my agent that they received my PPR. I am soooooo haaapppyyy....
Dont know much details like when did they receive it..Any how I got it. Thank god. I am going to submit my passport now to my agent's office. Will update more information once I am back.

I usually agree with the "better safe than sorry" argument, but in this case the lock-in date is the date the application is received. This is the key for calculating several things (like age of dependent kids, etc.). So you will be safe, if your application reaches CIO before your IELTS expires.

O then its good for him.

Thank you very much dear friends goodhope, msamoh, lucky, bc2013 for sharing your thoughts +1 for everyone

i agree with you that it will be ok and safe if it reaches CIO before the expiry date , and i do appreciate lucky thoughts to be safe , that's why i was confused , i found out a note on the document checklist says the following.

NB: Language test results must not be older than two years old upon date of receipt by CIO.

its such a relief :)
