Hey all,
I did my medical tests yesterday from India (Bangalore) as I was on my vacation since last couple of weeks. But when I inquired them about the medical test reports, they said they will forward it to New Delhi visa office (NDVO) instead of London VO. As per them, they are not supposed to send the medical reports directly to LVO since they come under Canadian High Commission, New Delhi, India and sending the reports to LVO is out of scope for them.

So my worries are:

Is it fine if they send it to NDVO even though I am from LVO?
Any idea how the exchange or transfer of reports/results will be happening from NDVO to LVO?
Are there ppl who have gone through similar situations?
Am I in TROUBLE???

I need your help everyone, our consultant submitted our application last Sept 21, 2011 but until now we have not received any update from CIC and from our consultant, after 1 year I followed-up the status of our application but our consultant cannot be reached and their office is already closed, We do not know what to do and where to follow-up our application, the only proofs that we have are the copy of bank draft and Fed ex receipt. Please advise us on what to do next..

check the status of the bank draft. is it already en-cashed or what? how come the consultant is vanished?? somehow track him down. try the local police.

Get rid of your consultant.
Fill IMM5476 form ( use of a representative- also used for cancellation of representative). Sign it yourself and also get it signed by your spouse, and send it by email to your concerned visa office. It is that simple. Onwards, correspond directly with your visa office.

btw, are we going to be taxed with our settlement fund in the customs at the POE? how about the cash on hand, is it taxable?
