Just an update from my side.

After long and frustrating wait, finally I got MR/PPR and RPRF yesterday from NDVO.

Today, I finished with Medicals, and will send passports to NDVO on Monday.

Yeah to me, it's seems to be the indication of MR and/or update. mostly MR with other requirements. the wait of receiving MR varies from 1 week to 6 weeks or even more in some cases.

By Grace of Almighty I got my MR. They have asked me to submit few updated documents.
Can anyone please guide me
1. Whether i have to submit all documents again with updated forms
2. We have registered our marriage and my wife will be updating her name. how shall i inform CIO or LVO about it and what is the appropriate way. Does this changes in CNIC and passport will affect processing of our application ??

Wow thats good news. many a congrats.

1- you have to submit all the documents that they have asked not the one they have not mentioned.
2- it will not effect your processing but you have to prove why the name change occur in documented form and in your case i think marriage papers. and also a cover letter telling that the name of wife is changed due to this reason.
