Hi,Rahul78 said:In my opinion,
1.you should visit the doctor who did the meds for you and tell him that only 3 out of 4 results reached CEM
2. Request them to send the results again and take any correspondence number or sorts from them if possible
3. Take the tracking number of the courier company your DMP used to send the results to CEM
4. The moment you see the shipment delivered, Shoot an email politely stating that since you did not hear from CIC after you were notified that only 3 out of 4 passports were recieved by them, You request them to consider the latest report sent by " Your Doctor Name " From " Hospital Name " who conducted the meds.
The meds are valid for one year or so I guess so you shouldnt have to go through remeds. Just correspond with your DMP at the earliest.
GOD BLESS and ALL THE BEST!
We already did all of your 4 points.
We told our DMP that only 3 meds have received by our VO.
Our VO ask for the info of our DMP, so we sent them all of the necessary info, tracking number of the courier, event the receipt copies that we all did our medicals.
We also sent message to CHC London, stating 1 medical is missing, still no response.
The last message of our VO was to ask our DMP for another copy of my husband's medical then send directly to their office once completed.
We told our DMP and showed him all the emails of our VO but he won't cooperate unless VO send him directly the letter what to do with my husband's medical-should it be ret-ake or what.
We sent message to the VO about what the DMP wants...but no reply whatsoever....more than a month.
We met some members with same case as ours, they did re-medical that easy.
Some say to re-take the medical or wait so long for uncertainty. So we are considering some options...what do you think?
