@" now"-Is true, no need to send the cover letter to VO unless you need a new set of medical forms.
(for example the color printing quality of the medical forms is not good and your picture is fuzzy)

first of all congrats to all got Visa, PP request , MR in last 15 days as i was silent viewer of this thread since few times.
I have now almost left checking ECAS due to same status from last many times.

I want to know what is time line within which visa office will close respective case for MI2 & MI3 as written timeline in official site doesnt matches with practicalaty.in one of my query in AUG_11 they have said they will conclude in 12 months from the case entry which is already over 5 days ago now also.

still they are not replying CSE or MAIL due to reason that case is still within timeline.

GOD knows what happens now and when they will conclude cases like mine....

I mentioned an amount of $ 14000 (2 persons) to carry with myself in my application for permenant residence as required . Few months back i have been blessed by a child and then i sent an updated form, required documents and applicale fee to LVO . unfortunetly i missed to increase the amount of carrying funds from $ 14000 to minimum $17500 as per CIC requirement (10 C of IM 0008).

CIC has revised the forms and now one additional colum has been added i.e total assets (10 a IM 008) where i have mentioned total assets amount . Please guide should this serve the purpose , should i wait for LVO reply on this ? or i inform LVO about this and send an updated form with revised value of Transferable amount ?

Hello Gys,
I applied on june 2011 and my application was received by visa office on 15th july. My online encase is updated to "we started processing you application on 20th of April 2012". I havenot hear anything from London Visa Office. What shall I do. It has been almost one year no medical done as well. further more we are expecting baby by the first week of july. Same question as earlier do i need to make baby's passport.
And WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG FOR GETTING MEDICAL. I HAVENT SEND POLICE REPORT. IS IT BECAUSE OF THAT. AND DO I NEED TO SEND AN UPDATED BANK STATEMENT IN FUTURE.
HELP PLEASE.

When NDVO will start working on MI3??? People completed medical in April (From MI2) are getting DM and people from MI3 did medical in Feb, march are waiting...? Why is it like this??????

Yes passport has been made and sent to LVO with forms and other requirement . I sent bank statement initially with my application to sydney in July 2011.

Dear Forum mates, Kindly advise what is the best option for us.

As you all know that my husband-being the PA -his medical results didn't reach our VO until now after more than a month. Our VO sent message that 3 medicals were received by their office, mine-spouse...and 2 children.

We contacted CHC, our agent, CEM-VO..but until now no response on our case. We are considering re-medical for my husband. Do we really need to have another original medical form with stamp from VO- if we decide to take re-medical from the same DMP who did our medicals?

If ever, can we ask another DMP for re-medical of my husband?

Would there be any other complications?

We are waiting patiently, but concerned offices don't reply on our messages for so long and we are getting mooorrreeee worried everyday that passes.

In my opinion,

1.you should visit the doctor who did the meds for you and tell him that only 3 out of 4 results reached CEM
2. Request them to send the results again and take any correspondence number or sorts from them if possible
3. Take the tracking number of the courier company your DMP used to send the results to CEM
4. The moment you see the shipment delivered, Shoot an email politely stating that since you did not hear from CIC after you were notified that only 3 out of 4 passports were recieved by them, You request them to consider the latest report sent by " Your Doctor Name " From " Hospital Name " who conducted the meds.

The meds are valid for one year or so I guess so you shouldnt have to go through remeds. Just correspond with your DMP at the earliest.
