Please guide me what i need to do now. My ECAS status is "IN PROCESS" since 11th of JAN 2012.

I would appriciate in detail guide please.

YEs what I mean was the ECAS server is down so not able to get the login page.. Anyway I will call you some other time or if you have the best time to contact then let me know or call me up...

site is not down, only ECAS is not working.
we didnt continue out talk at that day be i was busy in con call, as a telecommunication engineer our call is running 24 hr in all 365 days.

hi friends,

A quick question - Once the individual gets PR which is valid for 5yrs from the date of stamp,befoe one can apply for Citizenship. Of these lst 4yrs min 1095days have to be in CA.

My question is - of these 1095 (3yrs) if maybe 1yr the person had got a project/job in US and he was working there after getting his PR, will this 1yr in US be counted equivalent to CA for the citizenship ?

Any knowledge about or any reference shall be helpful.

I just checked with my bank if my DD has been en-cashed or not and unfortunately it hasn't been en-cashed as of now. Passport has been in NDVO since last 40 days and it hasn't been en-cashed as of now, so does that mean I am screwed. Am I denied ?

Please let me know your views.

mine was en cashed after 32 days. Usually the financial department send all the dds together in bulk to en cash. Some times it is en cashed in a week or some times it is more time, tanking. So don worry mate

Please apply for her passport immediately. Send it to your VO along with:

Updated forms (where child's details are reqd)
Birth Certificate
Updated & enhanced Proof of Funds to cater for a third member
Processing fee for your baby

This is what I can think of right now. I am so happy for you. Please pass on my wished to your wife as well

I m waiting for DM.One thing u cant understand that is there any working pattern of ndvo after getting Medical.means some of our friend got Dm very soon where as some take 2-3 months so is there any pettern?

There are several of us here waiting for DM. There's apparently no system by which we can gauge the working and timings of NDVO. No pattern that can be patented...ha ha ha......

Would you please update your profileinfo so that we get a good view of your timelines? And be with us here buddy...while we await our most wanted DM
