I just said couple of days before that CIC is working on MI2 & sksec103 said that one of his friend got his Visa today so i was just responding the same...

Rest there is nothing personal, what so ever i come to know is from you guys to share with you guys..

do you have an agency? what was the form of payment, check or cc? if you have an agency then it is 100% already with them. if none, email CIO and for sure they will respond to you whether they have refunded you or not.
