Well it was sent to Buffalo but my lawyer said we need to wait cuz there is a chance they will send it to other VO.. I realy hope cuz Buffalo moves a little slow.. But praying starts being fast

OMG! I am stuck with buffalo and I know what it is like to be with buffalo. Yes, they are sometimes moving files to New York, Seattle, Detroit and Los Angeles. A part of them are still being processed by buffalo. I recently heard that the BFD (file brought forward date) is 1 year from date of PER which means out files will not be touched for a year from the date we received our PER which sucks like hell. A lot of buffalo applicants have ordered caips notes and the inference is that, their BFDs are 1 year from PER. I wish it were not true but it looks very true to me.

I am really sorry for not showing up regularly but I will always read your PMs and reply asap.

Thanks for thinking of me in your posts- especially- YH, RKC, westpoint, Big O, now, ravi, spicey. :-*

I will try to be more regular but cannot guarantee. There are so many things going on in my life at the moment and will let you know when the time is ripe for those moments to be shared.

Meanwhile, I am really happy that many of you are moving closer to your final destination. I wish you all good luck with the rest of the process.

After a wait of 72 days, at last Almighty smiled on me and gave me a "Decision Made" today... I am not sure how to react and what to say as this has been the toughest test of patience for me! I dont know how many days from now , it will take to receive my passports as I can not meet the deadline of this monday to resume my duties ! But still a big THANK YOU to all of you guys for your ever expert advice and guidance at each step of this killling PR process! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

As far as I know, files are not transferred right away and if that is what your lawyer says, I do not agree with him either. They are done later in the process when buffalo decides that they are too full or cannot meet their deadlines. So far, the latest files transferred are those of Oct 2011 applicants. Nothing is know about files after that date.
