Hi there,

how to pay landing fee? and how to make a demand draft in favor of whom?

Please help!!!

my application was received by cio at 29th feb 2012 , now my old UCI is showing my application status that is
APPLICATION RECEIVED:
Application Received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC)
We have received your application. After checking for completeness, a file has been created and the information from the application form was entered.
dear fellow does it mean my fee has been deducted?
status is showing receiving date 1st march 2012

Hi
You will receive a PER once application is approved by NS until then nothing can be said but you can check the fees if they have charged you or not if they have then its positive.

Is there any one knows how to pay Demand Draft for CIC payment..
Please help!!!

Pratik333....just go to your bank and get it made. This is a domestic DD (payable at New Delhi)....so the process in very very simple. It will take all of 10 mins to get it done.

Bank Drafts (demand drafts) / certified cheques should be made for the exact amount and in favour of "Canadian High Commission" or
"Receiver General for Canada" payable at New Delhi.

All the info is given in your request letter pratik333. Just go thru the entire letter thoroughly. It is to be made to Candian High Commision or Receiver General for Canada........payable at New Delhi.

When your status changed from 'in Process" to "Decision Made" after deducting the DD. My DD got encashed on 10 march. still "in process".

My agent is sending me my documents by post from south africa and I have the scan copy of front letter ... bcz of time limitation i have to submit everythng before 30t tht y i am asking so tht i can arrange the dd as soon as possible
