Till now, I have not received MR/PPR etc. It has been already more than 10 days since I received the reply from NDVO "Our office will contact your shortly, you need to await contact".

No call to my employer and to me as well till now and not asked for any documents as well !

I don't know what is the meaning of "Shortly" for NDVO ?

Good to have you back. I was thinking about you and thought you are busy with your MR since you said NDVO would contact you shortly but Its surprising that they did not get in touch with you.
LVO is extremely slow and I am getting restless. I already ordered CAIPS to know what is going on.

I went to LVO today to submit the passport. They asked me to come after two weeks on a Thursday between 2-3pm only.

If anyone is going there personally to hand in the passport then you do not need to put the passport/s and the additional information sheet plud the pictures in an envelop. they take all the docs and put in an envelop themselves and give you a ticket.

I think the rumors are true CEM will not send PPRs this month.. maybe manila VO (FSW team) will send PPRs by April.. I hope this is not true.. If they will send pprs by April..then its as good as saying mi3 is currently a frozen delight ( 2 months on hold/freeze mode)

This is very very disheartening. I wonder what's the issue. Your other 2 buddies got theirs with the same NOC, same VO and same work exp. The worst part is that you have no other option than to wait and watch. It's really trying times for you buddy. But keep faith. You will have your maple leaf sooner than later
