What NOC does this project manager job belong to?

I got NER just few minutes bfore... they have only consider my experience in NOC which i have applied. They do not consider my other 6 years of experience as a Project Manager......... They have assigned UCI and Application numbers also.........

Now i want to reapply with some additional evidence of my 6 years work so for that I have to wait for my Docs to be return or can i applied with another set of Docs with xerox copy of IELTS....

Want some advice.......

I recommend to you that send another package as soon as possible and apply again

I have applied in 7216 NOC as i have 1.5 years of exp in that and than i have showed exp of PM NOC 0131 to get additional points I have attached all docs appointment letter, Appraisal letter, Increment letter and exp letter also. But they required JOB duties of PM also.....

The validity of any PR visa irrespective of VO is one year from the date of medicals done ( not sure done or received).

1.5 Years of NOC 7216 will make your application eligible for processing. But Based on the Number of Points you are claiming for your Work Experience, you need to show Job duties of all NOCs for which you are claiming points. No points would be awarded for an NOC with missing Job duties.

Don't worry 7216 is still vacant and I'm sure you can make it thru. Quickly reapply. Send a fresh application instead of waiting for them to send your package. As seniors said a Photocopy of your IELTS + File Number + NER mail would do in place of the original IELTS this time. This is because they would have retained your IELTS score card with them.

In order for CIO to determine the skill type or level to confirm that it is a Skill type 0, level A or B, you need to provide them with the job duties and also verify if the NOC you are claiming fits with NOC 0131 according to their website. Without these they will not be able to determine your points. I wish it will work for you next time. Good Luck

•You must have at least one year of full-time, paid work experience or the equivalent in part-time employment.
•Your work experience must be in an occupation of Skill Type 0, or Skill Level A or B of the Canadian National Occupation Classification (NOC). See below for instructions on determining the NOC category for your work experience.
•You must have had this experience within the last 10 years.

Hello Guys,
Me and my wife ( ID: JORGILL) are in process from Argentina. Our medicals reached to Canadian Immigration office on 02-09-2012 and the status in ECAS was updated around 02-10 or 02-13. I was requested to provide PCC from Singapore (as I lived 3 years there), the PCC reached to Canadian Embassy in ARG on 03-02-2012. Would anyone please help me understand, how many days (apprx.) would it take for the next status update?
Also, if Admins can please update the sheet with our present status.

Your very welcome. The advantage with NDVO is that you have your medicals and PPR at the same time. Hence, your visa will be valid atleast for a period of 8 months from the time you receive it. You have lots of time to wind up things back at home, plan, may be apply for jobs before you fly there. Good luck buddy. You are very close to going to Canada.

Hi Guys.....

Looks like LVO is waking up....I received PPR this evening at 5.43 pm GMT (someone was working long after 5pm )

I will probably go in person on Thursday and submit the passport.

Hope LVO continue to work like this. They need to beet NDVO and MVO ;D

I am sorry about your NER. What do you mean by additional evidence? Did you not send your Project Manager job duties and details earlier? You will not get your docs or moeny back for an NER. Only an incomplete/cap reached application will be returned back. xerox copy of IELTS is sufficient. Attach the NER letter with the IELTS copy so as to say that they hold the original with them. This is acceptable.

Are you sure about the money-part?

EG7 states on page 53, that a refund will be made if the application does not quality unter the Ministerial Instructions (NOC).

Once the NOC is confirmed, but the application is not admissable due to insufficiant points, there is no refund.
