hello! I am so happy to all those who got their Visa's, Im still waiting for our result we sent our application last sep 26 under NOC 7216 but until now i don't receive any update (whether PER or NON PER). Im a little bit worried about our application since its already 5 months and counting. Any help from the group on what to do.

WELCOME TO THE THREAD LUCKY, (wow we have 2 luckies now...aren't we the lucky ones) Try contacting CIC its been long enough.

Once your file is received by the visa office, they send you AOR ( acknowledgement of receipt) and that generally happens from 20 days to upto 2 months after the PER depending upon the number of applications for that particular VO as the file transfer is done in batches ..

As far I understand LVO will not send any second AOR. we just have to wait to see.

hello now! I hope so we are the lucky ones, actually I already ask my Consultant to call the CIC but unfortunately they still don't have an update, other member received their AOR in 2months time. Any idea of causes of delays and rejection.

Any idea when should i expect it.

Yes, I agree. After a week of being depressed and feeling dejected and sorry for myself, I've finally realized that the problem lies in comparing my case with those of my forum friends. I would like to share with you that this 16th February, 2012 I got the request to submit our passports to London office. Today on 28th February I couriered them, so kindly update my status.
