I got my MR on 27th Jan and sent my RPRF on the 14th feb. I am sure it must have reached NDVO the next day as i sent it thru Bluedart.

Congratulations!!!! to JULESDERICK on recieving Maple leaf ( sounds fab for visa).

I hope the next 10 days we have more Good News.

Until then My reccomendation to everyone please attend CIIP if u have a chance they tell u the DO's and Donts apart from that they make a special action plan for you that has Resume building tips for interview, initial things to be done communities to join ......... etc etc..

This has been very usefull for me though I am an FSW 2 applicant. 8) 8) 8)

RPRF u can get it in indian currency as it will save you money and time on the name of ''Canadian High Commission''

and to answer your PCC question you dont need it as mentioned on CIC website...

In general, you and everyone in your family who is 18 years of age or over need to obtain a police certificate. You must obtain a police certificate from each country or territory where you have lived for six consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18.
