everything which is requested in the medicals request letter

like in my case i sent the following items

1. Original Passport
2. RPRF in the name of Canadian High Commission for INR 22,540/Adult
3. Medicals Payment Receipt
4. DMP will provide you front page copy of your medical form as well, Send it as well..

5. And if requested You have to send your Police Clearance Certificate as well

dear members can u please guide me about pcc as its 8 months my wife at my residence so the pcc of 8 months is sufficient or should i have to take another pcc of her town as well to make it 1 year ,we both r from same states though ???

Is first page of Medical form given by DMP not enough as they have not demanded the receipts, Secondly we got receipts from three different sources, should i send all 3 different receipts?
