After a sleepless night last night, called my DMP this morning and he said he will give me the forms. No worries

Wish I could give you a +1...but I'm sure will ram into the 168 hours jam. Will try anyways. :-*

don't worry...same happened to me...your DMP will provide section A form for you and for ur dependents...make sure you carry your AOR letter with you while going for medicals..

Well, that's quite normal to who doing the NOC1122 job that busying in business that maybe the primary reason for...
I am still waiting for the further step that could maybe MRR(mediacals received) or better..the PPR or...the best..Big Envelope containing the Immigration Documents.

I really appreciate your reply and detailed explanation.

We wrote a letter anyway to CIO because we had discover among his 7 years experience , 8 months worked as a F & B supervisor, which correspond to NOC 0631 experience.
If they take this 8 months into consideration he might have a chance.
Otherwise, we will follow your good advice and to apply again in april or may this year because it will be about the time turning 3 years of experience in NOC 0811 that has about 140 application received so far.

Dear Your Highness, If you read the medical Instructions that you received, Its clearly mentioned that you do not need any other forms than these.
U just need to carry the letter demanding medicals having file number, 5 photographs

Eye glasses (if applicable), list of prescription drugs taken or any relevant medical report(s) from
previous conditions which the doctor may need to discuss. Documented

Original Passport,

Yes Abhishek. I did see that line. And so I was relaxed. Till Fast Track mentioned about those individual forms.

I called my DMP this morning and clarified this. He said he would provide the forms. Back to "relaxed" now...

Hi everyone,

I sent my application as LPN on December 13, 2011. I got the PER on February 1, 2012. My online application check indicated that my application was received on December 16, 2012 and is "in process" with no address. On February 6, 2012, I received an e-mail indicating the transfer of my file to visa office.

Can someone give me some sort of what to expect next, as well as some timelines. I would appreciate your help. I would like to be proactive and prepare what I can get done ASAP.

Congratulations on your PER vidanueva. You have crossed the biggest milestone

Here after your file will be transferred to your VO, and every VO has a different style of working and varied timelines. So do mention your VO so I can guide you further.

Alsomention your other details like NOC, date of application etc should you want to be added to the spreadsheet.

I have been busying in a project that I was requested to estimate and consult for entrying in China Market.
Well, I think I will be highly possibly supposed to serving beer to you all since my ecase hasn't even shown "Mediacals result has benn received" that has been through over 30 days from the MR done.

They have already dispatched my medical on 13th feb.They give me courier tracking number also...

My passport and other documents have been received by NDVO.

Now , waiting fo final step of NDVO................
