Dear all,
I received 2nd AOR from NDVO last week.i have applied on NOV-2011 ,I am getting confused that after getting 2nd AOR from VO should I need to send document again?pleeese reply

Hey PP.
Only if they request for documents should you re-send. Have they asked you for any specific document/s ? If not, think of this AOR as a positive update.
Cheers,

'We received your file is good'. It's a positive update. If it's mentioned 'we have reached a decision' that's bad news, but that happens only after a complete review.
Relax, mate. It means your file is moving.

Hello Abhishk/FSWCIO..
IMO, you do not need to send notarized copies of documents which are in English/French.
Only copies which have been translated need to be notarized.
Maybe the seniors in this forum can give more gyaan :)

Dear KK22,

Thank you for your contribution. But am afraid to tell you that it's compulsory that all Copies of documents other than Original MUST be certified by the following:
A Notary Public
Commissioner of Oat
An appointee of the High Court or Ministry of Justice.

Please do read up CIC's Application Guide for a more Concrete details.

Dear Spicey,

I would be much obliged if you highlight and post any line of CIC's website where it's mentioned notarized copies of all documents are to be submitted.

Do I need to notariesd all copy before sending with the application? I didn't find any instruction like that and Ive sent the copies without notarized , is it a problem? :-[

...do not worry A BIT about it. If your docs are in English or french there is NO NEED for notorisation. If your docs are translated to English to French, only then you need to notorise.

You might be confused as for MI2 they needed to notorise each and every photocopy. But it is not so for MI3. So relax buddy. Just pray you fall in CAP and chill............

Cheers

hello everyone,

I would appreciate advice, I applied under the 3112 category in Oct 2011 but had my package( everything was intact) sent back in Jan 2012 because payment was declined on my cc. I am planning to resend my application in July 2012.

1.do I send back the same application forms or fill out new ones?
2. should I get new reference letters from work? the previous ones were all returned

regards

You have to send in fresh application forms. The date below the signature counts.
Your work-ex letter has to be updated, also the PCC and POF, along with the fotos.
Maybe your NOC has changed too. Please research it.
Please treat it as a new application, but DO mention you had applied earlier on such and such date,
and the reason it was returned. If possible, send the fees by DD/BD. This ensures the monies will be deducted.
Also, do check if your IELTS results are still valid.

Cheers,
