I did not submit my PCC along with my application. I wl have to apply now.
We have maintained bank balance for 6 months. I did not get any calls from them for enquiry

we r in UK now. So it will take time to collect everything and submit. they ask me to submit before 16 march 2012

I need your advice on my case. I have checked ecas. Here is what I read - "We received your application for permanent residence on October 14, 2011.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 10, 2012. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us."
What does It mean? PER or NER? Besides I got email from CIC on 25 January - "Good Morning,

RE: APPLICATION #-----------

Please be advised application is currently awaiting review.

You will be contacted in due course."Any ideas...

Am afraid to say that the above post sound's as NER cos treading on MI3 applicant's eCas is In Process with We received your application on XYZ.

However,if it is Decision Made with We reviewed your application and sent you a letter.........,it is a NER.

To be on safe side buddy,refresh your Spam and Inbox for mail from Fsw-Centralized with the subject Application for Permanent Residence in Canada. You can also call CIC for your file number.

According to CIC Generic Application Form, All correspondence from the CIO to its' Applicants are via electronic mail (email) except if the email box is not checked.

Just one thing to be clear, my employer have got another home address of mine in their record, will it be any problem as my present pp address is not the same as employers appointment letter? Thanks.

It has been 20 days since I sent my passports, medicals and PCCs to the NDVO and I have not heard anything from them since then. There is no status change on ECAS except the address disappearance last week. Even my RPRF draft has not been presented as yet! My date of flying back is soon approaching (18th Feb).. Do you think there is a reason to worry!! I am getting anxious now

Dear Friends,

After so many request today my consultant informed me about My AOR.
They got my AOR on 18th November 2011.. Date of AOR is 4th November.
Also they got acknowledgement of addition of newborn baby details on Dec 12.

According to them delay in MR is due to additions.
Please advice seniors.

Dear Samirsa,
In the occupation section, his exact job title should be mentioned. The job title specified should correspond with the job title in the reference/experience letter as well as the joining letter/relieving letter. Please make sure that it does not differ or else they would mistake it as manipulation and your friend may be subject to rejection. the detailed job description should tally with the duties/ job responsibilities given under NOC ' social worker' , please make very sure of this. my question is ,
my working hours are 8064 within last 7 years , so my working experience will be 4 years or more?
2nd question is
i have obtained the bank statment and account certificate from my bank but account certificate is not mentioning the amount of deposit , will this be problem?
