can anyone advise me if it is still safe to apply under COOK by march 2012?
my documents won't be ready by march. or do you think i should just wait for july to file my application?

U can still apply buddy.... and I belive its going to be fast and u might get ur visa this year only.. there are just 247 applications in your NOC

Hi,

The address disappearance mystery got solved in my case...yesterday eve address disappeared, and today morning 10am I got an email from them....But NOT MR! :-( instead they've asked for 2 things from me

- updatd proof of funds
- Latest police clearance certificate

:-( dont know how much will these delay my MR :'(

Can u please share did you submitted PCC along with your file and if submitted was it more than 6 months old at the time of submission. Also they asked from u fresh proof of funds, did u guys maintained those required funds in ur account since you submitted your application. Also did ND visa office called u or any of your previous employers??
I am next in line after you guys in the sheet from New delhi visa office. I have not received any correspondence from ND visa office after getting my 2nd AOR.
I am bit tensed, waiting for your reply.

You should check the spread sheet for this info, unfortunately I can't open it from this computer, but I believe it's 60-90 days.

what the explanation letter should contain ? please advice

u shud write in the explanation letter that u had worked in so nd so company from --- to ---- but u cant provide documentation against it bcoz the company is not co-operative enough to issue a reference letter..................


THEY WILL B MORE CONCERNED ABOUT UR CURRENT WORK AND ITS DUTIES...........!!!

As for the POF,did you use Bank Certificate if 'yes' that might be the cause.

It will be appreciated if you can tell us the date on the previous Bank Certificate and also if you were asked to provide Bank Statement,okay?
