That's mean if I have lived in Ahmedabad before mairrage and now in Anand then I need to issue PCC from Anand only.

IF U HAVE NOT LIVED OUTSIDE INDIA FOR MORE THAN SIX MONTHS THEN U ONLY NEED TO ISSUE A PCC FROM INDIA...........!!
doesnt matter if u stayed in ahemdabad, anaand , sanand, manand , danand or any nand

How come Government hospital does not have letter head. In white paper, it does not work.

PCC is Country specific, so there is no sense of asking if it is state specific.

Regarding PCC, below I have tried my best to explain you procedure..for some people it may be different , but will help you understand flow.

you need to approach your local police station, get a letter from a senior police official stating you had been residing for so and so period in so and so states and now you are residing in current contact address and that you have no civil or criminal cases.

This letter has to be taken to crime branch office and they will issue a PCC certificate signed by Superintendent of Police "SP".

PCC has to be taken for Applicant ,Spouce and children with age more than 18.

Show that u were not working that time if u cant provide the nescessary documentation................

Or else u can give an explanation letter...........
i guess they wont b bothered since ur talking about experience of 10 years ago
what they will b more interested is the current experience..........
if u can provide that
and u score the nescessary points

Not verbal of course, they should write a letter + attach documents proving that they worked at this company + you should explain the situation in your cover letter. That is if you really have to mention this job, otherwise I would go the way Ravi suggested
