What are the chances for an interview after 2 AOR from NDVO??? MY Friend applied on 20/08/2011 at LVO ... got an Interview in Feb 2012.

dnyfny also underwent interview last December 2011 and he was able to aced it w/ flying colors, he is our first reported visa recipient there is a substantial amount of time to prepare for the interview, it would help if u and ur wife read ur filled up forms, ur supporting docs so that when u r asked abt these, u both will have the same answer...

im sorry westpoint but i dont have any idea about those things only, my agent sent my application on july 7 and cic received it on july 21, then started processing on cc encashment and the per is nov 16 then MR on nov 19. these are the things i know with my application. hope this could help. i hope everyone could receive good news this week. thanks po.

after my address re appears e-cas says medical results have been received. how many days till i receive PPR any ideas? is it thru e_mail? To those who got their PERS, AORS,MRS and PPRs, congratulations. God bless us all

As the questions of when and what types of MR I already got, I got the MR noon as of 9th of Jan and it came out by Email.

I am doing good, Phil. I hope you are, too. No, I won't be staying in Calgary. I am only going there because of your bbq party. hahaha. I will be in Toronto, where the jobs are for people like me. But who knows? I will generally go to where the jobs are.

My first suggestion to your friend order CAIPS as soon as possible. From the CAIPS he/She will know why the visa officer having a doubt on his/her application. Based on the CAIPS your friend need to prepare very well and also gather all the documentation.

this is a good suggestion and the best way to find out the reason y an interview, but a friend of mine who had requested CAIPS before told me that it takes 45 days before u are issued ur CAIPS...the cost though is affordable at $25 cad.... u can tell ur friend to request anyhow, who knows they've made the waiting time shorter?

I have 2 bank certificates/statement..both are in different currencies(means not in canadian Dollar)....bt in document check list its written convertible currency..wat is this??do i need to get the statement in canadian dollar or local currencies are fine???

if ur bank statement is in local currency, u should show how much the monies would be when converted to cad currency, this gives them an assurance that u r meeting the require proof of funds.

congrats jules, usually a week after receipt of Med result they issue PPR

today my CISC agent forwarded me the NER mail which she received from CIO.

the reason stated was the immigration officer was not satisfied with the duties and responsibilities i have specified in my work experience proof document did not match with the duties and responsibilities of the NOC stated by CIO

now my agent is telling that she is talking with some senior counsel,

is there any chance that this NER decision by CIO will be reverted back and the same application can be accepted ?

or do i have to submit a new application?

please advice.....

i had this reason too before (and i had agent at that time too ;D)... when i examined my duties and responsibilities, it was just like a 4 liner or 5? and copied straight from the noc duties and responsibilities, and my agent did not include also most of the documents that i submitted to them, they always say just a year of evidence will be good, huh??? it is no wonder i flunked :'(

what ur agent is telling u had also been told to me by my EX AGENT (for fear of the repercussion of u asking for refund)

Do u homework, get all ur docs or atleast find out what docs they submitted to CIO, read the hrsdc job description and compare it w/ urs, study them carefully before giving up. there had been NER turned PER cases before (genius777 of PJ26) and we have one here too in the house, Rahul (correct me pls if I'm mistaken).

That's what i did before succumbing to do some appeal...but i myself discovered the errors that my EX AGENT committed hence i made a vow to do it myself next time around. If I make it or not to the race, then i will try again and will keep on trying till i get what i want, hopefully by that time i should have mastered everything...lol (case of trial and error, jst kidding)
