I've been out for almost a month but since last month a was calling my agent in order to get news about PER/NER , but they were always telling me they didn't get any news from CIO. I started to get worry about and decided to send them an email and yesterday I got a reply:

They wrote a file number .
We sent you an email on 5.12.2011 !!!

My agent is not informing me what is happening and I am very worried!!!


Is it possible that it was a NER?
Till now my ecas says: IN PROCESS. We recieved your application 6.9.11

I tried to call CIO yesterday but all the lines were busy

Please help!!!! :'(

Oh Patricia1818, what a situation to be in. I was away for a couple of days. Saw this post only now. I was wondering where you had dissappeared.

Hey please try calling CIC on Monday, because the callc entre will resume work on Monday is what I heard. Please do inform what they say. Getting anxious now.

Your BD is charged....they've given you a file number....your ECAS shows exact same words as mine. So I am sure its a PER!!!! IT IS!!! Praying for you!

i am in serious situation due to my consultant.
i applied under 3152 but now my consultant told me that my application is returned due to cap
when i was applying i requested to my cosultant that please include my experience in social worker NOC with 3152 NOC , he informed me that your experience in social worker is not related to your education , but now i came to know from this forum that relation between education and experience is not essential.
Now i am preparing my application according to social worker NOC BUT I AM AFRAID that there may be -ve results because in my previous application i have not mention the experinece of social worker NOC
my fellows what you will suggest for me , i am in tension due to my consultant
i will be thankfull to you

everybody has their address re appeared on the same date(yday). there might be a technical issue with regards to cic site. even men from from diff VO say that their address has been re appeared yday.

can anyone know about it?
