M back again with questions...
1. i have two passports...in the old passport i had some entry exit stamps and visas...do i need to include my old passport photo copies or not?
2, in economic class in assets section there is a box with liabilities..as m single so is it ok to write o.oo in that??
3. in back groud declaration question 6 section d where it is mentioned have u ever been refused refugee status, an immigratant or permanent residence visa etc etc...wat to write there???no or yes???m confused as my first application has been refused...

item number 2 has nothing to do with your marital status. liabilities pertain to financial obligations that you currently have. this may include mortgages, credit card debt, outstanding balances on your car loan, student loan, etc.

assets - liabilities = your net worth. they are interested to see how much you are worth.

if your earlier application for permanent residence in Canada was rejected, answer YES to item number 3 and write an explanatory note on the space provided

My application date is 21 days later than you but till now no news from MR, I observe those who have better IELTS score having faster process, am I right?
One more, does LVO asked you to submiy your PCC together with RPRF and MR? since ive heard they will ask seperately.

I do not think IELTS scores have anything to do with faster processing... Maybe if you have submitted a complete application package.. Things will move faster.. So lesser verifications required.

I had already submitted my PCC with my initial application to CIO Sydney. So they haven't asked me to send it again. It is not separate .... Because in the letter we got, the box against PCC is not ticked.... They have only ticked medical forms and RPRF.

My earlier response to your queries:

2) Yes
3) I would think you should write "no". You havent been refused a visa. But for this one, do wait for comments from others as well.

You should go by what Westpoint has advised. I wasn't 100% sure of the last question so I had mentioned that "you should wait for comments from others on this query".

Westpoint is by far more experienced than me. So I would go by what she says.
