It's really getting explosively tense ... but I still believe U R in , but I dought the cap will make it to reach November for me..

Hi every one ....
my application was returned back today ...I got it by regular mail ...the reason hat I did not complete the additional family form for my spouse ...I thought for me is enough as they wrote applicant : ....spouse ......
but I think I should fill some one separate for the spouse where she should be ( the applicant) ...any way any suggestion ..should I return the application back ??? will they deal with me as old applicant or new one ????

but can u tell me which form NO. did u miss for ur spouse
also did they study ur whole application and u needed ur spouse points to complete ur points
one other thing when did they open ur file and the date of the letter they sent u
also did they send u back all ur papers or something missed
did ur work experience certificate contained the salary because mine dont.

Hi Katkoot,
I am really sorry for you. Additional family information should be sent for every member of the family...both Principal Applicant and Spouse should fill up the form. You can add the missing document and send it but I am afraid it is too late at this point when the cap has come to a close. please wwait for July 2012 and send your application again at that time. Please stay in touch with the forum should you need any help. better luck next time.

Pls update, I got my medical request today, it was sent on Dec 15 by Manila VO..Processed by Makati Philpost on Dec 16 and I received it on my Antipolo Rizal Address on Dec 30 it took 15 days to arrive on my place. (I've been seeing a lot of Philpost trucks wherever I go lately..maybe its a sign hehe!!)

I would like to ask in case I finish my medical, how many days to know the results and if additional medical exams are required? I have plans to go out of the country and I need to know the timeline to have a smooth processing. Thank you guys!

Oh thats terrible news.

They will deal with you as a new applicant, so you have to wait till July 2012 to re-apply. Please go through the Instruction Guide and Document Checklist in detail once again (and several more times). They might have noticed this missing form and may not have gone thorugh the rest of your application and documents (as they would have already deemed your application incomplete). So just to make sure everything else is in order, please do a COMPLETE OVERHAUL of your application and documents, before you send it again in July.
Also there might be a change in the point system and documentation for MI4, so please do the necessary checks. CIC website is a goldmine of information. Do go through it thoroughly, then you will not be faced with such situations.
Better luck next time buddy. Really sorry for you. This feels terrible :-(
