dear Katkoot , I think that u'll have to wait for PER on mail as u told us that u cant check the cheque status whether it's encashed or not , right?

question for all who got PER ... do they inform u on the same day about PER by E-mail , or all u just waited for snail mail post , and if they informed via E-mail , did they do so on the same day they took PER decision or there's a gap , please advice us.

CIO will inform u by E.mail usually 2-3 weeks after cc or dd encashement

my ecas just show 'in process' with a line tht 'we recieved ur application on 24th august 2011'. address is missing since mid december.
n yes i do think tht FSW2 has different timelines n their processing time is a bit longer.

Your and My application time line is exactly same. Our visa office is also same. My address is still their on the top of 'In process'. But You are saying your address is missing since mid December. What could be the reason in my case? Why is my address still their? Please advice me.

why it is in saudi arabia it took only 4 days for them to publish a medical report...My common law partner works in saudi arabia right now and his dr. said that they will send his medical report to CEM after 4 days...

I have a questions for you to ask relating to Background check. My reference letter was company headed paper where the address and general contact email and phone number are there. I also included business card of my referee. His business card obviously included his official email ID and his phone number. Now my question is:

Who should be contacted by the VO?
Will VO contact my referee?
or Are they gonna send email or phone on the general contact details which are on the company headed paper?

Please advise me.

usually its telephonic conversation with the referee person whose contact number is given by the applicant.

i dont think tht the disappearance of address has any relevance to the processing of our cases. in mid december lot of applicants witnessed address disappearance. IMO the MR request for late september n early august applicants will bear more importance. only then we will be able to know as to when shud we b expecting our MR. so nothin to worry dude.best of luck!

it is most likely tht the verification call(if any) will go to the referee.

need suggestion from all the seniors...as i am applying for second time in FSW category..today i got bank statement from my bank bt they have given me only 3 months statement claiming that their rule is to give six month statement only twice in a year.if i need that i have to apply to their central office. and it will take 2-3 weeks...wat to do now???3 months statement is enough or should i wait for one month for 6 months statement...really confused

your application will be processed for completeness check after about 3 months , so it will be six month, and there is not mentioned anywhere that bank statement must be of six month.
whats your NOC. check the number of applications received by cio , these updates of CIO are of 20th OCTOBER.

..thanx a lot Dear farrukh...NOC is 3142...116 applications till 16th october...so i think if i apply now i can fall with in the CAP INSHALLAH...wats ur suggestion
