I contacted doctor in India and they asked me to write an email to the consulate and give them a copy of the same at the time of medical tests which they would attach with my medical results. They say that they do the same process whenever there is some error in the form. Please share your views..

The doctors must have come across similar situations and I believe their suggestions are worthy to consider. I personally think you may go ahead with the medical tests.

Dear Zee, 200% you will be IN the cap. Take my word for it. Banks do not give appropriate information for BD encashment dates. You will tell us the good news not later than Jan19th. I know it is a lot of wait but it is well worth it.

With the information we have on our ss, we are unable to determine that.

I am guessing..17 th or 19th September. 18th is a sunday-holiday.
