only 62 places left in my NOC (3112) ... my application recieved at 8-november-2011 .. do u think there's any chence to be in cap .... I'm verrrry DEpresssssssssssssssssssssssssed , bad christmas for me...

do anybody know the length of CIC's christmas vacation (from... to ...) and when will they resume work.

wooooooooo just want to add hapiness to this forum, i have recieved my PER today at 7:15 PM ( indian time)by email. The DD encashment date was 13 dec. I am so happy. Thanks to santa i asked today and he deliverd today. Unforgetable gift from santa on this christmas. A special THANKS to my FORUM FAMILY MEMBERS.

Yes, it must be a difficult change for someone like you. It takes about 3 years to adjust to a new climate, so especially in your first years you have to be very careful with cold weather - make sure your feet are always warm and dry, also keep your head and neck warm, wear gloves - just simple rules that will make your life more comfortable and protect your health. Yesterday I was going to write that even though I grew up in a cold climate I always get depressed in the beginning of winter, because I like summer so much more, but today we woke up and saw that everything is covered with snow, and I remembered how much I love snow ) it is so beautiful and so much fun ;D you might even love it some day

Hi Guys

I am in a serious problem! I just discovered that the date of birth in my medical form is incorrect. Is there anyone who has a similar issue? I dont think the doctor will do the medical tests with this incorrect details. How do i get it corrected? I have to plan my trip to India accordingly..

tim,

you need to contact CHC, write mail informing them about this error . Ask if they can send your corrected form by email as post will eat up another 15 days in transit. You also have an option of having your corrected form posted to your India address. Also write about your scheduled trip to India for medicals. CHC ND will resume work from Wednesday next week.
