Yes dnyfyn is not active here, I have to go looking for him on other threads to get his updates for the track sheet. There is a good chance of him being the first one to get FSW-MI3 visa. Though I think actungbabyk is also in the race.

I think it makes sense to add columns "Meds & RPRF submission date" & " PP submission date" to our track sheet as many members are on the last step of processing? Lets see what other admin members & forum members think.

Yes it does make sense. I am for it.

Dear everyone,

Tonight, before Christmas comes, I would like to greet each and everyone of you a very Merry Christmas. For those who do not celebrate this event, i say Happy Holidays my dear brothers and sisters.

Before the week ends too, I would like to close it with a bit of news...

Since my children who are on vacation temporarily "occupied wall street, err the house" I only got to read my emails now. I received a letter from FSW informing me that they have received my payment and that I have received a PER ;D ;D ;D ho ho ho ho ho ho. I am happy to share with you this good news. I hope we all get good news for the coming year ahead.

Cheers ;)

So, here is your Christmas gift...Awesome and hearty Congratulations! You well deserve it . It must be a relief after your last year refusal. I am very happy for you and this is so much more a reason to celebrate alongside.

So, all friends here..we have something to learn. NER or cap reached is not the end of it and you can always make it if not the first time.

Finally i got west point, your highness on this forum
i already explained my position..i got NER because of my work experience letter in which my employer didnt mention my main duties..even my consultant didnt inform me to correct that..anyways m planning to apply again.already got new experience letter...my questions are...this time i dont want to add any consultant in my application..do i need to mention in my new application that i have quit the services of representative or its ok to send without it..
second ..is it wise decision to apply this january or should i wait for next july...my NOC 3142
reply required...:)

DO NOT wait for next July when you have a chance this year. Please send your applications ASAP. If you do not fill out a representative form, then you are all by yourself. You don't have to mention that in your application. You are now sending a new application altogether and I trust that doing it yourself after reading the instruction guide and checklist is good enough for a successful application. Good luck with your next one.

Hi Fazeme, I dread Canadian winter, please can you tell me more ? More so about winter in Toronto. Just checked it's -4 °C , Oooo I 'm shivering already.

Thanks.

My first winter in Canada was -510C i.e about a week after I stepped in that cold, cold land. Please do not go anywhere close to winnipeg if you don't like the cold. So, -4 is pretty warm. I too really dread the canadian winters. Brace up for the real cold winters.

Isn't it so much of an irony...most of us do not like the cold, but we like the white christmas and want to go to Canada despite all odds. I am sure we are all destined to be together and have lots of fun.

And for everyone, when you research the Canadian landscape for job oppurtunities, make sure you research the temperatures as well. It will add a lot to your survival in the land of our dreams.

Thank you ssasnsari

Please see below what I wrote:

Dear Sir: I have applied under MI-3, NOC code: 1122. As per my Ecas - it says "We started processing your application on November 22nd 2011". Does this mean my application is still under process for background/ security checks or an MR has already been sent? Because I believe the MR is sent through normal post. The country where I reside - Kuwait - has terrible postal service where letters lie around at the post office for 4-5 months without being sorted especially during this season.. I do not want to miss my MR letter, if already sent.. Can you please advice me, if possible, by email when the MR is being sent, so I can easily track it down here at the post office? Thank you in advance for obliging... and taking time to read this. Seasons Greetings!

They replied:

Please quote following application number in any correspondence: XXXXXXXXXX

We are unsure what you mean by MR, but on 23 November 2011 we sent medical forms and requested for RPRF fees.

Please allow additional time for delivery as post is also slow at the time of year.

Hearty Congrtulations dear. I pray and hope that you will get your letter quick enough to get the medicals done asap. hehe....looks like VOs do not understand our forum lingo :P
