Dear everyone,

Tonight, before Christmas comes, I would like to greet each and everyone of you a very Merry Christmas. For those who do not celebrate this event, i say Happy Holidays my dear brothers and sisters.

Before the week ends too, I would like to close it with a bit of news...

Since my children who are on vacation temporarily "occupied wall street, err the house" I only got to read my emails now. I received a letter from FSW informing me that they have received my payment and that I have received a PER ;D ;D ;D ho ho ho ho ho ho. I am happy to share with you this good news. I hope we all get good news for the coming year ahead.

It seems that parents all over the world are celebrating the end of school semester more then their own children ;D

Today was the last day of school here too, spent the night baking cookies for my daughter's classmates, and now enjoying the freedom together with her )

Finally i got west point, your highness on this forum
i already explained my position..i got NER because of my work experience letter in which my employer didnt mention my main duties..even my consultant didnt inform me to correct that..anyways m planning to apply again.already got new experience letter...my questions are...this time i dont want to add any consultant in my application..do i need to mention in my new application that i have quit the services of representative or its ok to send without it..
second ..is it wise decision to apply this january or should i wait for next july...my NOC 3142

When you open a message for editing look at the line above smily faces, the second icon says - insert image, if you click it smth like this will appear [ img ] [/img ] in your message, you have to paste a link to your picture between the brackets and it will appear in your message. Hope this helps

I know the feeling!!!!!!!!! Plus its a double celebration for me as I work in a school as well :-X My kids already have a looooong list of pizzas and cakes and cookies which I am supposed to bake with their "help"

Welcome to this thread.

I have responded to your earlier query. Hope you've read it. My first request to you is to read the "Instruction Guide" and the "Documents Checklist" thoroughly before sending your application. Read it at least thrice or more to be precised.

Secondly follow the instructions in the 'Instruction Guide" without exception, no matter whatever whoever tells you. Clarify your doubts here, if any, in this forum. You will recieve lot of information, guidance and support.

About your new queries:

1) About not using a representative. It usually suffices if you write N/A in the representative column of the application form. However if I were you, to be on the safer side, I would write a brief note that I am not using his/her services for this application.

2) Please apply this year itself. Your NOC is far from reaching CAP (even with backlog). But again do be on top of your file and check everything yourself over and over again.
