Any negative medical results means a medical condition which will be a financial burden to the health department ex:- AIDS, Cancer, Rheumatoid Arthritis and similar diseases may lead to a rejection. Health benefits are limited and hence the immigration department will not accept applications that will use up their resources in a significant manner. This holds true for all other classes of visa including student, refugee, spouse, parents and grandparents PR application.
What disease or condition is considered major/unacceptable or minor/acceptable is not known. Hence, you can only wait and watch.

because I just read some blogs about the address that was missing in their ecas and were rejected in 2 days, mine too was missing thats y im worried.

I had sent a case specific enquiry last week asking about my MR and they replied today by email saying they sent me my medical forms and RPRF on November 23rd ( same like Big O) I haven't received it yet due to delays at Kuwait Post Office... So Big O, you got the MR letter on the same date... How long did they give you time to provide everything required...? I am also in India now for Christmas hols and will be back to Kuwait on Jan 1st..
