there have a been a couple of more cases on this thread where applicants have been able to overturn unfair NER. look at them if u can find it. i will try to find it for u as well.
but we have to b sure about the wordings of ur job description letter. it might hold the clue whether u have a recourse or not?

My application received by CIC on 11-July-2011, PER got on 03-Oct-2011..
But not yet received AOR.
1. How to know File Transfer. AOR & Received Date?
2. Can you please post your AOR from Visa office?

Don't worry ...your application is with NDVO already, it takes approx 3 weeks to reach VO after PER. I guess your AOR got lost in transit. You can check it with your local post office, may be you'll be able to trace it from there.

There's no received date mentioned in AOR. My husband (PA) had scanned & forwarded it to me as an attachment. It's a PDF file , when i right click on it doesn't give me a copy -paste option. Basically I don't know how to copy paste it here. I'll ask my hubby to do it whenever he finds time.

Sorry to hear about NER...pandyalakulish...you should be having a copy of your application with you, go through it find the possible reasons that could have led them to not assign full points for your work experience, the answer lies in your papers.

Later on, if you think CIO has erroneously given you NER. Go ahead, email them ,make an appeal ,prove your case & hope for the best. Rahul78 is the right person to ask for help & guidance on this issue.

After a long waiting time, Today I have recieved my PER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just about one hour ago I have checked my email and the PER was in my inbox
20 December 2011, 6.45 PM( Romanian Time)

I've tried to copy/paste the whole content of the e-mail from CIO, but I cannot post it!!!?
If enybody can tell me how to post it by Copy/ Paste, I will be more then happy to share
the letter with all of you guys!!

Anyhow, I'am a 1122 applicant which application was received on 03 August, but had the
employement arranged and approved by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada
It's been 5 months now until they checked and confirmed my employment offer .

I wanted to thank all the forum members for the valued information posted and I pray GOD to
be on our side for the long jurney ahead of us !!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks NKKD Hortons! Really appreciate your thoughts on this. I am thinking of sending it. I think it's better to sent rather than letting it expire. Even the consultant is insisting on sending this. Are you talking about expiration dates for FBI report? Is there an expiration date for PCC's from Indian Consulate?

Yes, ALL PCCs are considered expired if they reach the visa office more than 3 months after the date of issue found on your PCC letters. This is not country specific. It is a rule for CIC.

yes, i noticed too, i miss u NKKD, RKC, Big O, Explorer976, Your Higness, and the rest, yoohoooo, where r u guys? but i guess, they must be very busy especially Christmas is around the corner, few more sleeps and it's Christmas time again.

Luckymystery i have not forgotten u, sorry in a way if i have not written ur name :-X, and to the rest of you my brothers and sisters...My eyelids were drooping already hence i just said all the members whose names are in the ss... We have simbang gabi here w/c starts every December 16 till 24th at 4am, we have to get up at abt 2.30 am to prepare ourselves, but we're not able sleep early (slumber is at more or less 12am which leaves us w/ just less than 3hrs of sleep...

I am an Indian living in America. Applicants who live outside their country of origin ( as in my case) are eligible to choose either the visa office of their home country (NDVO) or that of the current country of residence (buffalo) provided they have resided in that country for a minimum of one year. In order to avoid sending passports from USA to India during the last step, we decided to choose, buffalo as our vo. However, it turned out to be a bad choice as buffalo processing times are almost double that of New Delhi.

Hi Guys!!

After a long and exhausting wait, I have finally received my medical and passport request from the new delhi visa office!! Since, I am in canada on work permit, I am packing my bags back to India to submit the passport! WoooooHoooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!
