Address appearance so far is not very well correlated with changes to status or updates on any given application. Earlier, many of us had our address disappeared and returned with no changes and no updates. In the post June 26/6 thread, some people have observed major or minor changes in the application satus after address reappearance. Nevertheless, it is impossible to know what might be happening at the CIO/VO end when address is disappeared if any.
As for the bank, they may or may not give you the exact information. Most of our applicants who sent bd/dd received news of encashment along with PER/NER. It would be wise to relax and wait for the completion of the eligibility review.

Hello Evgeny,

Welcome to this thread. Now that your fee is encashed by CIO, you are safe inside the cap. Congratulations!
Dear NKKD Hortons,
Thank you for the information! Is it official info? Or you know some examples? I just could not find it :)

It is not official information. We have been observing this trend since 01st July 2011 and most or all of the members here in this thread accept this. Please see our spreadsheet to get a broader view of the whole process. Find the link in my signature column.

Completeness check> fee encashment> appn counted towards cap> eligibility review> sent to respective vo>interview(if any)> medicals>RPRF & PCC> passport request

Above is the process in a nutshell with few variations towards the end of the process.

hi horton, u r really doing a fabulous work. if u dont mind, why you american in indian flag?

Dear NKKD..
The same thing happened last year as my address disappeared and after 4 days it has been changed to decesion Made.
That Decision Made was before Medicals and AOR.
Before the address disapper the status was Pre eligibility review completed.

Just for the Information.

Congratulations to all those who recieved their MRs... Full power Guys!! All the Best!

One quick one.. How Does the MR come through? Is it through Email, Courier, Snail mail . And in case of Snail mail, where does it come, present address or permanent address. Why I am asking is that I was in Manila when I applied for PR and Now I am in Inida. However, in all correspondence including my PER and AOR, I have seen my India address reflected on the Emails sent by CIC.

This will probably be the first time when they will send a snail mail. So was wondering..

Any answes...much appreciated !

Cheers
