hello to all respected forum memebers,
I have recieved my MR on 13th Dec but my family name is missed on the medical form and my father name is also wrong. what should i do? pls guide me ,i m very much worried about this.

Dear friend,
You have to go to the MP with your passport and ask him to correct your name including your father name. Then after that you separately send a letter staing all these (sign and dated) to VO. it will maintain your time. Otherwise, the process will delay. But please ask for advise with admin team.

Medical is the last task. If you are fit, you are sure to get PR. After medical, there will be no interview for sure.

Dear Kbe,
First you have to get Eligibility review, where you will get file number (with E0000xxxxx) or UCI number. Once you have it; you can go to website (www.cic.gc.ca). There you see check your application status online. Follow the instruction.

After a long and exhausting wait, I have finally received my medical and passport request from the new delhi visa office!! Since, I am in canada on work permit, I am packing my bags back to India to submit the passport! WoooooHoooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!
