hello every one...this is a question to every1........my noc 0631......nd infiant is also from that noc.....
i am 20 sep 2011 applicant......nd he is 21sep,2011.....this is his second time.nd mine first.so he has uci number which says in process......so is there any chance of mine??or his application is processing cz dis is his second time...........in system my application should be precessed first..........nd i dont knw abt my dd cz bank is not co-operating wid me.........anyone please share ur opinion......thanks........ :-\

Wud u mind if u r the 499th applicant of 0631 to get the PER. I m praying for u bro to make the cut. U will b in inshaAllah!

Actually yoru time lines are matching with mine with diff of 2-3 days. Even I send my infants information to NDVO this week.... I would like to know how you get the acknowledgement of the addition of family member?? When you applied for your child addition in your application to your respective VO?
Have you send $ 150 DD along with application?? When shoudl i expect the reply from my VO??

APPLICATION RECEIVED: 11th July 2011
PROCESSING FEE ENCASHED: 18 August 2011

AOR: No
ECAS Status Details: In Process: We received your application on 11th July 2011
MR: Waiting

We have send documents to VO to include our new born baby and it has been received by VO on 22nd Nov 2011.
1. Will there be any further delay due to changes in application (Addition of new born baby details)?
2. I didn't get AOR or RBVO Status online. Will NDVO issue MR without AOR?
3. When can I expect my MR?
4. After MR how much time will it take to get PR?

Please help me seniors.

I didn't get any acknowledgment from VO of the addition of family member... But my courier reached VO on 22nd Nov 2011.. got this information from DHL Courier. I send the documents on 20th Nov 2011. Also I have paid 150$ along with my application.

i wrote today already, was in shock when i saw "decision made" in my status.

rKo,thank you so much for answering!!

i will write my ecas status again,maybe i will help someone with that or maybe someone had similar experience or know such case and will help me out...

my application was received by CIO on 22nd of august as FSW2 (with AEO)
got PER on 15th of november and the day after my status was "In Process" - "We received your application for permanent residence on August 22, 2011."

and it was like that until today when it changed,my address was gone and now status is "Decision Made" - "We started processing your application on August 22, 2011.
We sent you a letter on December 13, 2011 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us."

the thing is that i didnt get 2nd AOR neither MR and my ecas status wasnt even RBVO ...
is it really possible that this is rejection from vienna VO? only a month after PER? :-\
i would really appreciate if anyone have some more informations about that.

i hope that everything will work fine and wish you best of luck in further process

hi,
many pre june applicants got DM status...however, they never received any rejection letter and later when then contacted their VO by email, they got the reply form VO that DM status was a glitch.
so, i think you should send an enquiry by email (use VO's general enquiry email address) regarding this matter to your VO.

It is just a file number i guess, i still havent got the exact paper from my agent so i cant check it yet. By the way what is PER? Im sorry im just new with this kind of stuffs, only i was told about the file number then we shall wait for the request for the medical next.

Dear friend,

They do not provide the file number. They provide file number, UCI and the details saying that you eligible for processing. PER is Positive eligibility review> I think, it is you PER and now your file will be transferred to your visa office. Some VO will send you Acknowledgement or Receipt (AoR). Some will directly send Medical Request (MR).

I noticed who applied after first july,2011 their file straght in process but inside one line which is we rcvd ur application on date ....., will mine outside shows rbvo and inside the date they rcvd my application and the date cio sent me per in email ! Maybe our file is in proces in reality ! But this ecas thing makes me crazy !

Some news from my end. My CC is charged as of yesterday Dec 15th. My application reached CIO on Oct 03rd. Hope I get PER soon. Please pray for me. Haven't been very lucky in the past.

Hi Dearest Friends,
U must be wondering where Mang has gone.
Lol,
I had my medicals very very smoothly and today couriored a draft (landing fees) and my passport too to the VO.
Friends, i was very happy after the medicals , so went to a bar with my friends .
Parked my car at karol bagh , opp to jessa ram hospital ,new delhi.
Lol , when we came out from the bar , i was shocked to see that the side window of my car was broken and my laptop had been stolen.
Lol, went to a police station to report as i was not worried about the laptop but was exremely worried about the possible missuse of my credit card and bank account details.
U KNOW FRIENDS DELHI POLICE REALY SUCKS.
Very very bad people their behavior was as such that i am commiting a crime by reporting my stolen laptop.
Any ways, changed all of my C.Cs and bank accounts passwords and details.
Now Iam very relaxed and typing through my mobile.
Will buy a new laptop tom.and will post in full speed once again.
