Russell2011, I am really sorry to hear this but please do not loose hope. You should prepare your application early enough for MI4. I wish it all works well next time. There are many applicants in this very MI3 thread who could not make it last year but they are in this year. There is always a hope and hope is a good thing. 6 more months to go for the new cap to open.

I agree with NKK Hortons because I also attempted last year and was unsuccessful. Once I even lost all my documents and had to prepare all the documents again. Just be prepared for July 2012 and have hope.

I have send FAX to New delhi on 13th nov to add my new born baby detail

i have her Birth cirty and upadated form and fees DD is redy. his PP still need to apply.
Can i submit all other doc without PP?
Will they take more process for time.BFD??

Yes its more than the average time , u should call the CIO , ask them about yr app. status.
Its Yr legal right.

U should have written an e-mail to NDVO about yr problem , but anyways first of all congrets for the sweetest gift frm the God , May God bless her/him.

Look Dear I am not a legal expert and i am just trying to help.

U can send an affidavit mentioning that u will provide them yr babies PP with in this time frame and write about yr problem too.
Send it along with the fees and birth cert.
Moreover, it takes only 1 to 5 days to get an urgent PP from India under Tatkal sc. Yes it would require one extra BFD and might delay yr process just a bit.

Dear lovely family members,I love you all. I am always with you guys. And I am giving you word that will meet you guys oneday in canada. Thanks for sharing the pain with me, thanks for all your valuable suggestions. I will always be with you guys. Because I feel I found a lovely family here. At my end , I took a day off today. Will go for a long drive. Hopefully Canbara in a rose garden near old parliament house. Just trying to help my wife for her frustration. All my relative in Canada are hugely disappointed. I don't know what to say. Just for Few days I missed the cap.

Dear All,I have to share this bad news with you. NOC 0631 cap reached and to day they start sending back applications. I have called CIC just now and they told me this. After a long conversation they find out my application. And they said I have missed out the cap. So frustating.
