Dear All,I have to share this bad news with you. NOC 0631 cap reached and to day they start sending back applications. I have called CIC just now and they told me this. After a long conversation they find out my application. And they said I have missed out the cap. So frustating.

I have no words to say. Really sad news. It's like loosing a family member in the way but.........Never lose hope and go with full force in MI-4 as suggested by many. Good luck for that.

In my case, Ecas says we started processing your application on November 22.. ( the same date as Big O) ... But I never received any MR yet... Big O received his 1 week back I think.. Hmmm... Maybe a postal delay or even further background checks.. No idea... The postal service is bad where I live too... Or do u guys think I should send a case specific enquiry or should I wait more... ? Hmmm ?
