Please does anyone know how long does it take to get the file to your visa office???? I keep checking my ECAS an write down my file number it shows in process but when i write the UCI number it says "we received your application for permanent visa on the 31th of august"; eventhough dhl track says it ws received by mike on the 30th of august. I am worried and confused cause I already got PER on Nov. 30th.
Also when you scroll down it shows the updated day which is september.

This is part of the letter i got in the email:

" Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive final determination of eligibility for processing on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on June 25, 2011.
Your application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing"

This is PER right???

Feels like am living on the edge! I application was received by CIC on 11th Sep.......

Yes, if your bd encashed then you are in for PER/ NER. As far I can remember you didn't send your birth certificate along with your application. By the way, did you send any inquiry to CIC about your application
recently?

i dont agree with you.cz he applied in september.so he might be 195 or more than that......when a application reached to the cic then cic includes that application in counting ]

O dear toronto25, I am so sorry if I scared you, it was just a 'figure of speech' kinda thing... It was not based on any calculations....
Your Highness had earlier told me she felt I would get my PER on sept 29 and I did and then she asked me sometime ago if I would predict hers! So that was just my prediction .... People who have been long on our thread know about this conversation...
When I said 500, I just meant she would definitely be in... Even if the 500th spot!

Thanks again lovely people for tolerating my anxieties and nervousness and lifting me and cheering my up when I have been at my lowest.

Cannot thank you all enough. Infact I haven't even called my brothers and in laws with this news. I owe it to you all to know this FIRST!!
