My application reached canada sydney ns on august 10 2011. I still havent recieved any letter. Its been 100 days. Is this normal?

I didn't give my email id on the application form as it was optional. Could it be due to this?

Yes, it is one possibility. Since the cap numbers do not apply to FSW3, you are safe. You should soon receive the PER letter in your mail.

The abpve approval rates indicate the number of applcations approved so far. It does not imply that rest are rejected. There may be many applications in PENDING status and are not approved yet. SO dont get diasheartend by these numbers.

I am tensed still no update from the visa office and my Ecas shows "In Process" and application received on
18th July.

Personally, I think that the interviews will be held to determine the authenticity of the applicant's information.

With a 1122, they will be looking at the communication skills, command over the language, knowledge about their own profession and prospects for the same in Canada. This is one way of restricting fraud applicants.
