Dear friends ! I am very sad to update that i got my NER email today.My 3rd application was received on 23.08.2011 for FSW NOC 3112. Today i got an email from CIO declaring NER for my application. The reason for NER is as follows :
You have indicated that you have work experience in an occupation with the following NOC (National Occupational Classification) code: 3112 –Rural Medical Officer/General Physician. Although this NOC code corresponds to the occupations specified in the Instructions identified by the Minister, you have not provided sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC, including all of the essential duties. After taking into consideration the work experience supporting documentation on file, I am not satisfied that you have performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the position as described in NOC. Although you provided a self-declared list of duties, there is insufficient supporting evidence on the file to satisfy me that you are a 3112 –General Practitioner and Family Physician.

As u know i had applied twice in the past. Firstly in July 2009, got approval but the intimation of approval came late and i was not able to submit full docs to Visa office in 120 days and got refund. Second time i applied under MI 1 in March 2010 and got approval in june 2010.But again i fell in least priority backlog.
Now my question is that previously on both occasions i submitted same job duties and service contract and i got approval twice. What went wrong this time that they rejected to accept same job duties? Please guide me how can i turn my NER to PER.Thanks for ur kind attention and time. Regards.

Perhaps, you can write a letter that on previous two occassions same duties were approved.And request for reconsideration of the application and attach a scanned copy of the work experience letter obtained as per the criteria in the document checklist by mentioning that you will post any additional documents as needed.

Recently in document checklist there is a note under work experience which says "Self-declared main duties or affidavits are not acceptable evidence of work experience". That might be the reason for the rejection this time. Previously they used to accept self-declared duties as evidence. I think that is the reason for giving NER for the same duties. They might accept same duties for PER, if they were signed by responsible officer/supervisor.

Maybe Qorax and other seniors might guide you better.

ha.ha.ha.ha.ha. you just gave me a hearty lol :-* so love this, yah u r right i have become a visitor in a way :-[i think my last post was this, page 591 and when i open it now it's already in page 605, now aside from doing my report on language (w/c consists of just a mere 30 pages :'() i have to catch up reading from 591 to 605 otherwise if i do it later it'll be 610 pages i still have 4 semesters left (inclusive of the oral defense : :'( :-\), i hope by this time we are in Canada already so that i wont have to do the oral defense or perhaps it's better to say, i should have been done with my MA so i can bring it to Canada w/ me??? OMGEEE..I WAS SHOCKED TO RECEIVE MY 2ND AOR TODAY FROM CANADIAN EMBASSY MANILA..i THOUGHT MY FILE WOULD ARRIVE AT MANILA BY NEXT WEEK..BUT IT WAS SENT TODAY..IM STILL WAITING FOR MY BONUS THIS THURSDAY..BUT THANK GOD COZ MY FILE WAS RECEIVED SAFELY..

I called to CIO yesterday and they said after searching about my information that my application is under processing and I should to wait . they said too my application is complete and they didn't try for CC charge until now cus this depends to your NOC.

I will appreciate any help from anybody on this peculiar situation of mine. Here is a brief background

1. I am an Indian employed with a multinational and have been in Manila for last over 2 and a half years.
2. I applied for my Immigration from Manila hence mentioned Manila as my VO in my application.
3. My Organization is now giving me another assignment out of the Philippines so I will be moving out soon. However, the postal address mentioned on my application is my permanent address in India.

Questions
1. Does the 2nd AOR comes on Email or Snail Mail ( Specifically if anybody Knows about Manila VO , thatll be awesome ) 2nd AOR thru email, MR thru snail mail, based from Post June 26 2010 pinoy experiences
2. Since, In all correspondence that I am receiving from CIC, they are mentioning my India address, does that mean if the 2nd AOR comes through Snail, it will be couriered to India. all correspondences including MR that is sent via snail mail will be sent to the postal address that u wrote in ur app form

3. My status shows" Decision Made" and when I click on it, says "We received your application for permanent residence on July 7, 2011.

We started processing your application on July 7, 2011". What would this kind of a message mean? they started checking for completion and found it eligible hence they begun processing it, gave you per and sent ur app package to your vo for further processing

O Lubob!! So sad to hear this... Is your second application under process and just delayed....? Maybe it depends on the officer checking your application...?! Also, is CIC able to view from their desk that you submitted 3 applications? Then you could quote the 2nd one in process and ask why this is ineligible?? How much match does your JD have with theirs for this NOC? I think it's an error on their part for sure!! Try what Rahul did.
