I have just received another shocker from CIO that my application which was received by their own Mike on 04-08-2011 is not with them.

How do i go about this? I strongly believe that delay is not denial and better late than the late.

Tell me!how can i make a hay while it still shines as an adage has it that 'Every Cloud has a Silver Lining'

oh no, how did u get that info that they don't have the application ? did you u mention to them the tracking no. of the shipment ?

i will leave the answer how to act in this regard to seniors on our forum

Hello Steelz, first allow me to salute you, you really have nerves of steel to handle all of this pressure.
I think that a decision has been made regarding your application, but they sent it to the wrong email ID.

judjing from the other members experience, the service agents on the phone are more likely to make mistakes than IT (although I have Few comments on the way they update the website) therfore, I would beleive your ecas not the service lady.

Try emailing the wrong email id if you know it and ask them to send you any email received from CIO (provide them with the Id), also, you may want to send another email to CIO mentioning your conversation with the service agent. If these two do not work, the only thing left is to order your Caips! This will give you full and sure information.

Thank you Big O , for sharing , infact i am not that calm , i am just trying to be , i already sent e-mail to the wrong e-mail address , waitting for reply.

on the 3rd of nov. 2011 i sent status inquiry with all my info. i am expecting response by the end of this month (as they take 20 working days).

i am wondering if i need to send another e-mail to CIO , mentioning what happened over the phone regarding my e-mail mistake? what do u think ?

finally what is Caips, and what do u mean by ordering them ? would u be so kind to explain ?

How long did it take for your package to come back??

The package came back in one and half months with a letter stating the reason that payment was declined. I used my uncles address for mailing they didn't tell me till August so I sent it back to cic on August with the letter and the same documents but with different CC.
