Hi, can i inquire about something? i am new here and i would just like to ask, did anyone of you submitted all their documents to Sydney? because my "consultancy" was the one who mailed it to them. now, reading on your posts and also the details underneath your names i haven't seen anyone saying they submitted their application to Sydney, NS. I'm from the Philippines and applying under NOC 3152, which the CIO received last august 16,2011. so far i haven't received anything from them, my CC hasn't been charged yet also. Is there anyone here who submitted their application last august? got anything?

I greatly appreciate your comments with regards my inquiries, thank you very much in advance

I am also Aug last week applicant. We have to wait one more month to come our turn. CIO is still busy with July third week applicants .

Hey Guys,

Good news......... I got my 2nd AOR..... just now I saw my email and my representative has send me a mail saying that they have got the hard copy letter (consist 4 pages) mentioning about applicatin recv. date, # application, recv by VO, acknowledgement of that, & reciept of BD paid (1100 CAD)..... I am really happy that I got some update about my process.....
In th eletter its clearly mention that yoru VO will take 10 months ahead of recv application date by VO. but after 6 months if i didnt get any update I can directly contact my VO and ask for the status......... Gr8 guys....
I hope everybody in this forum should experiance this feeling soon.......

Prayers for all the ppl around here are still going on.... and Almighty is watching us.... so be graced by that...........

it is about 1 month the application reached , can i now send inquiry to cic

They have mentioned that you can query if you do not hear anything from them in the coming six months.
Wait for 2 more weeks.

Hi Kabayan. Yes all our documents/applications are first forwarded to Sydney, Nova Scotia for initial assesment/processing then forwarded to local visa office if you got a Positive Final Determination (PER).If you got a Negative Eligibility Review (NER) they will send it back to you through your consultant.All mails/information for you shall be forwarded to your consultant, then your consultant will forward it to you.It usually take 60-90 days before you receive a feedback as per our experiences here.Hope this will help.

Everyone has to send his application to Sydney, Nova Scotia. Its compulsory. after assessment Sydney office will send application to the respective visa office and further correspondence will be with visa office only.

two different applications in two different envelopes. You cannot send in one envelope or with one set of forms.

hey seniors...
i need some serious advise.. i have sent my application under noc 0631.. i have my mothers elder brother in canada.. my uncle is a citizen....i have two queries here...
firstly my uncle send me a copy of his canadian passport, utility bill, ssn copy and medical card copy that has his parents name...i mean my maternal grand parents name.. because canadian passport, ssn and utility bill does not have their name.. only medical card has parents name.

for my mom...she doesnt have her birth certificate so i submitted her 10th passing certificate that has her dob and my maternal grand fathers name....in suppport to that i also submitted her Bachelors certificate....plus and affidavit that states all her siblings name and my mother's date of birth...
Please advise. are these correct documents.
