I am bit worried and anxious. As other guys whose application was received on 18th July got PER today on Oct 17 2011. Rchettiar is lucky guy who got his PER inspite of his application received 27th July. My application was received on 18th July not received PER yet.

I did applied last year under 3131 and got NER. This time my E-CAS status shows "IN PROCESS" but i have not received my per yet.
Can someone please guide my through what to do next.

Thanks !!

Nothing to worry. Rchettiar applied under FSW2, arranged employment, category. It is handled by different people. I also applied on 18 jul and it reached CIO on 21Jul.

This means your application is waiting for eligibility review by CIO

Cheers!!!

Ravi524, do not be disheartened. I think there is some magic with the 631 guys. Look at Big O's application too.... He got a PER much ahead of the others. This does not mean all of them above him did not get a PER. One VO may be quicker than the other in the way they handle their files.

What reason did they give for the NER? What has changed in your application between last year and now?

Congratlations to all who got their PER, AOR

Good luck !!!

Please include a letter identifying what the changes are and any relevant supporting documents. What reason did they give for the NER? What has changed in your application between last year and now?

Last year i miscalculated my points i did calculated my Bachelor in Pharmacy Points as 22 instead of 20. Also i did submitted my Academic module IELTS score which was L: 8.5, R : 7.5 Speaking : 6.5 and Writing : 6. I did applied on Sep 18th 2010, then i did received email after 4 months i need to submit my general module IELTS instead of academic one to further processed my file. My fees of $1100 was debited on 1st week of OCT. I did submitted my general module IELTS with score of L : 7 W :6.5 Sp : 7 and R: 7.5. They counted i am scoring 14 points for that.
So my score was 20 pts for edu, 10 points age, 21 experience and 14 points IELTS. So i did received NER based i was scoring 65 points. I was bit confused why did they first accepted my file and debited the fees if i was not scoring 65 points at first instance. They also did not refunded my $1100.

Right now i am on a student visa since 1 year. New change that i did in my file is now my general module IELTS score is L : 8.5 Wri: 7.5 Sp : 7 and Read : 7.5. So now i am sure i would be awarded full 16 points for my language IELTS. So my score should be 67.

Hope i would receive my PER this time.
If anyone has different opinion please comment.
