I guess for our year (Jul11-June12) the status would be stuck to In Process throughout before turning finally to DM.

Thank you RKC, the processing time at HKVO is the same as you indicated....18 months, however, the most of apps were finished within 1 year.
Well, about the statu, we will know tomorrow.. it is often changed on Tuesday.

but i don't see RBVO date in E-CASE
My Status there "In Process"

And I see in E-CAS only these dates :

We received your application for permanent residence on July 6, 2011.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on September 22, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
