This was the same reply, I received last three weeks but I received another email from them yesterday saying my application is being processed. So my advise is just to be patient...

No I replied to the email from DA which said they didn't have my application and included a transcript from the Post office showing it was delivered and signed on August 4. I received a reply after 20 days. hope this helps

Hey ravi,

Can you check wether you have got 3 liner in your detail status or its still showing 2 lines of recv date and PER date??

When the first status change to PER and the next to In Process??

Detail status show only 1 line Application received on 18th July. I have not received PER yet. I think will get by next week end.
And other old status it says the day on which application received and the day on which decision was made.

As per the tracker:

Shortest wait for PER - 65 days
Longest wait for PER - 92 days.

I think I would break the record of 92 days of getting the PER. Its been already 89 days and now weekend has come so 91 days gone. Hope I get the PER by next week.

Mine was filed on 7/20, received on 7/22 using a canadian rep. it has been 83 days since application received yet I have not heard any information from either CIO or rep. I'm planning to call my rep after 10/22 (91days) to enquire if I do not get anything by then. For now, just trying to keep my patience.

was panning to post today but still holding my application trying to figure out everything is right this time, found out that the document checklist this time does not say sealed envelope of university but originals if applicable??? how could we give our originals to them and won't be getting it back if NER? so in dilemma whether to sent the attested one from the college registar or the originals? please advise experts...
Also is it necessary to show proof of assets i have if i mention the amount valued of the asset?

Dear forum members i am planning to resubmit my application today with all the previous documents which has almost 5 months old date like reference letter, utility bill and employment letter of my relatives in canada as proof of relatrive also the notary seal date which i did it when i applied in july. Only new one is that i have made a bank certificate of today's date. Will the older date be a problem? I don't want to waste more time getting all new papers for new dates. Please share ur views.....

my dear IMM 0008DEP form is only for those who have dependent above 5 , so you dont need.

Hmmm....the e-cas status was "In-process" right from day one after i received PER....
so as per my guess, it will take couple of more months for MR if everything goes well...

you should write a mail to cio to know the cut off date.
you are the best candidate for this information ,
as I think your application was received on 19th july

In my opinion I think if you send them a clarification letter and explain them with more strong evidences may you will succeed to change your NER to PER
anyway you will never lose to try

Do you mean I have to send full package again or just clarification letter with additional reference letters?
