If so then how were they counting the NOC and posting it on their website ? I mean without opening the envelope

At this point, the first priority are those who applied on or after July 1, 2011. On second priority are those who applied from June 26, 2010 to June 30, 2011.

counting for cap and pre eligibility review are two different things , there are two teams
one team is working for cap and other is working for pre eligibility review , first team take only one week to 2 week after the submission of application to check either it fall in cap or not
other team take about three months to check either this application is eligible to send visa office.

@alain and zelda82,huh it means theres more delayed on our processing,do you know when will they start processing ?but the other applicant for FSW1 already received there visa and most of them are PPR stage already?

if this is the procedure then how come they show the cap reached on 22 aug whereas actual cap as in this blog seems as of 8 july ?

In the first week of the July , there were the only applicants who can not apply in the last year due to some reasons but their applications were mostly complete , so when cap reopened , they quickly submit the applications , so in the first week thousands of the applications were reached to cic , so it was impossible for cic first team to work on those applications fastly and to announce cap of 1122 noc , so they take time and announce cap on 22 august.

i was a new applicant.... am sure there were exceptions... but what you said is very true... lots of applicants with package ready..

Yaa.. It seems like that even CAP figures is also lagging almost one month. Whats ur view.

now it is clear that cic have received 500 complete applications related to noc 1122 till 7th of July , but due to the bulk of the applications including all nocs,it was impossible to announce the cap reached on 7th july , it was cleared on 22 august that noc 1122 is caped due to first week applicants.

if your noc caped after 15 days after the submission of your application, then you consider you are in cap except 1122 and nursing nocs

only these two NOCs have reached till CAP till now then whats the point ????
