to those who filed before MI3 and wondering why the IN PROCESS status is taking too long, here's the answer to your million dollar question:

"The Canadian Embassy at Manila, echoing the Canadian High Commission at London, has acknowledged that FSW applications received prior to 26 June 2010 will not be processed in 2011 (unless medical forms have already been received). The current processing priority is: First process applications received since 26 June 2010; if the 2011 quota has not yet been reached, review applications received between 27 February 2008 and 25 June 2010; if the quota is not yet filled, review files received before 27 February 2008. Come July 1st, when the new Occupation List will go into effect, files received after 30 June 2011 will be given preference over all others."

I also posted this a while back in the In Process thread.

im assuming u are post-6/26 applicant? it says here that your job description was insufficient and did not satisfy the requirements of your NOC. yes, you can re-apply under MI3 as long as your noc is still open.

note that applicants who have been turned away due to fraud are the only ones who cannot immediately reapply. they need to wait out two years.

@zelda88 what do you mean by ypur post?that they prioritizing the after june 26 2010 applicant?because im a october 2010 applicat..thanks

At this point, the first priority are those who applied on or after July 1, 2011. On second priority are those who applied from June 26, 2010 to June 30, 2011.

Dear Readers,

Nice to see the huge blog.

Regarding NOC 1122

Based on my research it seems as those guys who sent their application uptill early August, indicating only NOC 1122 on the envelope could be included into the CAP towards 500 but those application with multiple NOCs on the envelope can only be counted into CAP after full review of their job duties even during early July.

How is it possible that application with multiple NOC could be counted towards NOC 1122 only. If this would be counting then is it possible if a single application can be count into several NOCs.

Please share your ideas......

As per the new checklist, it is nowhere mentioned that you need to write your NOC on the envelope (we havent written our NOC on the envelope). So, my guess is that they will open each and every envelope, irrespective of single, or multiple NOCs. This is my view.

because the date of mo was handwritten ,I didnot buy that from a bank ,so, I am a little worried that whether it was a true mo or not, unfortunately I didnot save a copy.
I have an old application and a UCI number, but I cannot check my ecase with that, while others whose application received date is near that can do.
Mine is handwritten too Passenger (bought it from the bank though). So dont worry.

CANADA dreams over atleast for this year/this time.....

Got a mail yesterday for return of application...

Cheers to life; hope never perishes for a person with strong conviction.. Lets try with more stronger effort next time...

Do not ever lose hope Kpdes. And I can see you are rather strong and have taken this very well. If you haven't tried already, do you suppose you could apply for Quebec (they do not need french as of now, thats what I heard, find out)? Or I have heard of some who are applying for student visa as well. Esp NOC 1122, as you anyway need to do a course to gain Canadian education. Just browse thru some threads and gather info and take action. Just my two cents :-)

Wish you all the best Buddy!
