CIC doesnt go by "highest marks" or any such. A person getting 77 is treated in the same way as someone getting 67. The applications are processed on a first come first serve basis and your marks has no binding on that, whatsoever. As long as you have achieved 67 points, within CAP (which you are) and all your docs are genuine, you're through!!
Enjoy you PER for the moment. There are many friends in this forum keenly waiting for their PER (for some its much overdue and hence worrisome). You are one of the lucky ones. So enjoy your PER and keep your fingers crossed for the rest of the process.

i want to contact CIC regarding my application which was recieved by 25th august 2011 as it has been 6 weeks now since the date of submission.
my question is:
in my mail what are the information such as name or passport no. etc should i provide so they can identify my application and its status.

Dear Friend ! subject of email should be query for FSW application status.write down Principal applicant name , date of birth, passport no., NOC and ur Visa office.Secondly provide courier tracking details.Thats all . fsw-search-enquiry@cic.gc.ca

Make sure you email them from the Email address provided in the Application only.
Otherwise you have to fill the rep. form.

Has any August applicant received update from CIO? I sent a mail to CIO on 7-09-2011 in order to ascertain the position of my application which was received by mark on 04-08-2011 to date no response.

In addition to this,i sent another mail to them on 7-09-2011 still no reply at the moment.

I sincerely hold faith in my doubt.

Our day shall surly be spiced up with good tidings!

I am 10 Augut 2011 and till now no cc charged and nothing seem to be started with August...something wrong around :-X : :'(
