Hi there NKKD Hortons, what are great idea and that's what I just did today-request the score cards (yes, 2 of them, just in case) to be sent to my roommate's office which I will submit it again in 2 week's time. I have also asked the head of the pharmacy department to sign a document verifying my employment status, duration, job description, etc. I am trying to find out how to do that with my old employers now in the US. Any idea?

My old employers in canada were able to do it for me. Just speak/email to your boss and HR...tell them everything you need in your letter....if it is your boss you can also offer to write out a draft of what you need. Things work better if you can call them. Other than that I cannot think of anything different.
