3) WHEN FILLING MY 2 SONS AS DEPENDANTS, THEY ARE ASKIN FOR THEIR PASSPORT NUMBER. MY 2 SONS DON'T HAVE PASSPORT FOR EACH BUT BOTH ARE ADDED IN THEIR MOTHER'S PASSPORT. WHAT SHOULD I WRITE IN THEIR PASSPORT NUMBER, THE NUMBER OF THEIR MOTHER'S PASSPORT OR NA OR WHAT? PLEASE ADVISE AND FORGIVE ME FOR ALL THESE QUESTIONS.

As such, I am not satisfied that you are a 1122 – PROFESSIONAL OCCUPATIONS IN BUSINESS SERVICES TO MANAGEMENT.

Amidst all the speculation floating around, here comes the answer. My CC is a USD account as we live in USA. When you authorize CIC to debit 1100CAD from your CC, the USD equivalent will be charged plus your CC bank service charges for the conversion from USD to CAD. So for now, without the service charge, 1074 USD seems to be equivalent to 1100 CAD.

Really sorry to hear that news. I suggest you to explore the QSW route of immigration. You may try for an appeal if you strongly think that your duties match that of 1122.

The number starting with E0000XXXXX is your UCI number and it must be written in the form now. And you must hurry to send the application otherwise it'll be too late. it is aplication number, no UCI.

In my letter of rejection (NER) writes UCI 12345678 and Application Number E0000xxxxx.


But why you do not send old form Application for permanent visa? It's simple.
"The CIO will continue to accept the Application for Permanent Residence in Canada (IMM0008) until March 31, 2012. After that date, only the new version of the Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008) will be accepted and all previous versions will be returned to applicant"

according to our forum conclusions if your cc/bd is charged you are in the cap .. ok accepted..so 500 cc/bd's charged by cic for noc 1122...
now suppose as echoes got ner for some reason, suppose other 150 applicants get ners for some reason or other after cc/bd charged ...
so does that mean 150 spots are open now or those spots are wasted ...

Passport is mandatory for every member of the family and each individual should have their own passports (even for new born babies). If the procedures in your home country are different than these, you should post this query in a new thread so that all the members of the forum will have a chance to look at and give you a suggestion. Without individual passports for your sons, your application will be deemed incomplete.

ANY DETAILS PLEASE?Assets means how many liquidable cash or property worth u are currently having.Liabilities means if u had availed any loan from bank or any other financial institution.Settlement funds amount depends upon ur number of family members. how many members are accompanying u to canada ?
