GOOD NEWS...I called CIC now and they told me that my application has been initially accepted and my cc was encashed yesterday (Sep 20th), they said im about to receive an e-mail from them (the PER)...
Im sooo happy....thx Jesus

just called CiC earlier..and this time,,A woman answered my call..this time..She's more accommodating and with sense in answering questions (not in a hurry also).. She thought Im already in Canada..but when she learned that Im calling overseas..She asked me about my details..then she said..I should try to call CIC again at the end of this week..maybe after 2 days..because they just began to open July 13th applicants..
I dont know whats the meaning of that..
